Abstract

К возможностям использования эффективных форм воспитания всегда существует особый интерес педагогов, которые повышают свою квалификацию. Сегодня одной из инновационных форм становится социально-моделирующая игра. Она позволяет либерально конструировать востребованные обществом варианты сотрудничества и взаимодействия. Такая игра становится искусственно созданной ситуацией для изучения процессов в образовательном учреждении и его ближайшем социальном пространстве. В модели, которую создают участники игры, отображаются происходящие явления и отрабатываются пути улучшения ситуации. По её результатам возможна быстрая синхронизация дальнейших действий всех участников образовательного процесса. Поэтому совершенствование навыков моделирования становится очень важным моментом в повышении квалификации. Сейчас для педагогов актуально моделирование способов спокойного внедрения новых требований в сфере образования.

The article highlights the issue of university teaching staff professional readiness to use the educational standards for language training. We specify the peculiarities of teaching foreign languages for professional purposes considering the specific features of professional tasks to solve which a specialist should possess the foreign language communication strategies. The article also presents approaches to understanding the role and functions of a teacher in developing personal and professional qualities of future specialists. With the increase in complexity of foreign language training in high school the changes in the content of the foreign languages teachers professional competence can be noticed. There are also considered the third generation standards requirements to the professional competence level of a foreign languages teacher and the ways of enhancing this competence.
