Теоретико-методологические основания профессионально-педагогической подготовки учителя XXI века

Abstract

С помощью анализа существующей системы высшего педагогического образования и характеристики профессиональной деятельности школьного учителя обоснован ряд положений, составляющих базис для подготовки востребованных педагогических работников в новом тысячелетии. Рассматриваются недостатки предметоцентрированного обучения в педагогическом вузе и устанавливаются достоинства его интеграции посредством использования в образовательном процессе развивающего потенциала множественных многосторонних межнаучных связей педагогики. При этом учитываются следующие критерии оценки эффективности педагогического образования в условиях межнаучной коммуникации: качество профессиональной подготовки студентов, человековедческая компетентность, метаязыковая культура. Результаты длительной опытно-экспериментальной работы подтверждают актуальность и целесообразность перехода к высшему педагогическому образованию на межнаучной основе.

A number of ideas making the basis for training competent educators in the new millennium is proved through the analysis of the existing system of higher pedagogical education and the characteristics of school teacher’s professional activity. The disadvantages of subject centered education in a teacher training university are examined and the advantages of its organization through using the developing potential of pedagogy’s manifold many-sided interscientific connections are established. At the same time the following criteria of pedagogical education efficiency evaluation in the conditions of culture. The results of prolonged experimental work prove the actuality and reasonability of moving to higher pedagogical education with the interscientific basis.
