Abstract

Development and introduction the innovative technologies and the modern equipment in food and fishing productions on the basis of small innovative enterprises at higher education institution promote science interaction with production and increase the level of vocational, scientific and technical training of future specialists of the branch.

Разработка и внедрение инновационных технологий и современного оборудования в пищевые и рыбоперерабатывающие производства на базе малых инновационных предприятий при вузе способствуют взаимодействию науки с производством и повышению уровня профессиональной и научно-технической подготовки будущих специалистов отрасли.
