Педагогическое обеспечение формирования организационно-управленческой компетентности будущего учителя технологии

Abstract

На основе современных требований к формам деятельности учителя технологии, авторами обоснована необходимость усиления организационно-управленческой подготовки, определена организационно-управленческая компетентность будущего учителя технологии, ее компоненты и уровни сформированности. В статье представлены функции и механизмы реализации педагогического обеспечения формирования организационно-управленческой компетентности будущего учителя технологии, обуславливающие деятельность администрации и педагогического состава по организации профессиональной подготовки. Показаны результаты опытно-экспериментальной работы по проверке эффективности разработанного педагогического обеспечения.

On the basis of modern requirements to the forms of activity of the teacher of technology, sponsored by the necessity of strengthening the organizational and management training, determined by organizational and managerial competence of the future teacher of technology, its components and levels of formation. The article presents the functions and mechanisms of formation of pedagogical support organizational and managerial competence of the future teachers of technology, causing the activities of the administration and teaching staff to provide training. The results of experimental work to verify the efficiency of the developed pedagogical software.
