Процесс формирования карьерной компетентности студентов в период обучения в вузе

Abstract

The treatment of the concepts "professional competence", "career competence" is grounded. The career competence is represented as a set of cognitive, motivational and active, personal, axiological, procedural elements. The Federal state educational standard of higher professional education is analyzed for its containing the career competences. The impact of educational technologies and interactive teaching methods is presented, such as computer simulation, business and role-playing games, analyzing the specific situations, problem solving lectures, lectures-consultations, lectures-visualization, psychological and other trainings, etc. to develop students' skills of autonomous decision-making, ability to act independently by means of simulating a work situation, predict possible difficulties. It is proved that introductory, productive and prediploma forms of practice contribute to the development of the necessary competencies. The basic objectives for the development of career competences in students are determined.

Дана трактовка понятий «профессиональная компетенция», «карьерная компетенция». Карьерная компетенция представлена как совокупность когнитивного, мотивационно-деятельностного, личностного, аксиологического, процессуального элементов. Проанализирован Федеральный государственный образовательный стандарт высшего профессионального образования на наличие в нем карьерных компетенций. Представлено влияние образовательных технологий и интерактивных методов обучения, таких как компьютерные симуляции, деловые и ролевые игры, разбор конкретных ситуаций, проблемные лекции, лекции-консультации, лекции-визуализации, психологические и иные тренинги и т. д., на развитие у студентов навыков автономного принятия решений, умения действовать самостоятельно, моделируя рабочую ситуацию, просчитывать возможные трудности. Доказано, что прохождение ознакомительной, производственнопреддипломной практик способствует развитию необходимых компетенций. Выделены основные задачи развития карьерной компетенции у студентов.
