Abstract

The article presents an attempt to solve the problem of raising the quality of dissertational research taking into account the world experience of expertise and protection of intellectual property in conditions of market economy and socially approved competition in all spheres of life at the same time lowering the social monitoring of upbringing and maintenance of a high level of morality of the growing generation. It is suggested in the article that dissertations be referred to the objects of protection of intellectual property. A new goal of preparation of young scholars to research activity in the field of pedagogy is formulated – the goal of formation of the intellectual property culture as an obligatory component of the scholar’s and educator’s professional culture.
