Abstract

The article carries the various sights at the definition of pedagogical skill, definition of pedagogical skill of the teacher during the posthigh school period is defined as a part of the general training, structure of pedagogical skill of the teacher during the posthigh school period and its pedagogical conditions are allocated.

В статье на основе анализа различных взглядов на понятие «педагогическое мастерство» уточняется понятие «педагогическое мастерство учителя в поствузовский период», раскрывается его содержание и структура, а также педагогические условия его формирования.
