Abstract

The article reveals the meaning of research competence. It gives the classification of mathematical problems, which is based on the following criteria: the way of problem solving, the possibilities of aim achieving, the degree of induction of problem solving by a condition and the degree of certainty of a conditions of a problem. The authors mark and define the main types of the problems, which influence the development of the research competence of schoolchildren.
