Теоретико-методологические основы изучения профессиональной социализации студентов

Abstract

The article considered the current understanding of the socialization of students in preparatory process for the professional work, based on the analysis of works local scientists. The author reveals the direction of knowledge exploration and learning social and professional specific roles, norms and values developed and accepted in society and in particular higher education institution, necessary to perform future social and professional functions of a specialist, and ways of forming on this basis a certain social type of personality as a system of social and professional important qualities, characteristics, mentality and behavior.

На основе проведенного анализа работ отечественных ученых в статье рассматривается современное понимание социализации студенческой молодежи в процессе подготовки к профессиональной деятельности. Раскрываются направления познания, освоения и усвоения студентом специфических социально-профессиональных ролей, норм и ценностей, выработанных и принятых в обществе, необходимых для выполнения будущих социальных и профессиональных функций специалиста, и пути формирования на этой основе определенного социального типа личности как системы социально и профессионально важных качеств, характеристик сознания и поведения.
