Основные направления формирования инновационного и реабилитационного процессов осуществляются по и против часовой стрелки относительно главного экономического цикла. Интеллектуальное развитие общества поддерживает инновационные и реабилитационные направления, благодаря осуществлению непрерывных процессов повышения уровня квалификации работников. Инновационное развитие производства и общества поддерживает социальное и реабилитационное направления, благодаря осуществлению непрерывных процессов внедрения инновационных разработок в реабилитационную деятельность и в процессы общественного развития.
