Учебная мотивация в подготовке конкурентоспособных специалистов спортивно-педагогического профиля

Abstract

Описывается взаимосвязь внешней и внутренней учебных мотиваций, а также их влияние на учебную деятельность, отношение студентов к своей будущей профессии. В ходе исследования было установлено, что в период обучения студента в вузе особенности учебной мотивации отражают уровень развития профессионального самоопределения, интереса к будущей спортивно-педагогической деятельности как к задаче социально-практической значимости.

The author describes interconnection between external and internal educational motivation, its influence on academic work and students' attitude towards their future profession as well. During the research work it was established that the educational motivation of students reflect the level of their professional self-determination and their interest in the future work.
