Territorial changes in the development of the sugar-beet industry of Voronezh region due to market relations are investigated. Different branches and territorial changes in the placement of beet and sugar industries are analyzed. The research offers the ways of using reserves of growing industry at the expense of agrotechnics, scientific and technical progress.

Рассмотрены территориальные сдвиги в развитии и размещении свекловодства и сахарной промышленности Воронежской области за период экономических реформ. Проанализированы структурные изменения, произошедшие в свеклосахарном производстве, рассмотрены перспективы развития отрасли при использовании достижений научно-технического прогресса.
