О проблемах производства экологически чистой продукции в Республике Марий Эл

Abstract

There has been review the current state of the market of environmentally friendly products in Russia and abroad. There is given the analysis of the main problems of the environmentally friendly production market development in the Russian Federation on the example of the poultry farm "Akashevskaya" Republic of Mari El. The focus is on the production of environmentally friendly products such as poultry broiler. There is raised the issue of attracting investments to expand production facilities in order to increase production of marketable products. There are given possible risks, as well as ways to do without them, waiting for businessmen who have decided to switch to the production of environmentally friendly products. There has been raised the question of expanding a place in market, guaranteeing a sustainable, future demand for the company´s products in domestic and foreign markets.

Рассмотрено текущее состояние рынка экологически чистых продуктов в России и за рубежом. Дан анализ основных проблем его развития, а так же отношение российских предпринимателей к производству и реализации экологически чистой продукции. На примере птицефабрики «Акашевская» Республики Марий Эл описан процесс и способы получения товаров высокого качества. Основное внимание уделено производству экологически чистой продукции-мяса птицы. Остро ставится вопрос о привлечении инвестиции для расширения производственных площадей с целью увеличения производства товарной продукции. Приведены возможные риски, а так же методы их устранения, поджидающие предпринимателей, решивших перейти на производство экологически чистой продукции. Поднят вопрос о расширении рыночной ниши, гарантирующую устойчивый, перспективный спрос на продукцию предприятия на внутреннем и внешнем рынках.
