Abstract

The article is devoted to the description of the experimental work of the forming professional training teacher's competence. The information about pedagogical conditions of effective functioning of the system of the forming of the competence, the methods of its experimental examination and criterions of the appraisal of the competence are at the article.

Статья посвящена описанию опытно-экспериментальной работы по формированию компетентности педагога профессионального обучения в вузе. В ней изложены сведения о педагогических условиях эффективного функционирования разработанной системы формирования компетентности, методике их экспериментальной проверки и критериях оценки формируемой компетентности.
