Abstract

Цель статьи показать конкурентоспособность на рынке образовательных ресурсов, а также взаимосвязь образования с бизнесом. В последнее время со стороны государства большое внимание уделяется образовательному процессу. Образование в глобальной экономике не ограничивается только своим прямым предназначением оно распространяется на многие процессы и явления: социально-культурное воспроизводство, экономическое развитие, демография. Назначение системы образования в современном мире определяется его главными функциями: передача знаний, формирование навыков, обмен опытом. В последнее время одной из приоритетных функций образования стала социализация субъектов. Главными в образовательном процессе становятся лидеры, которые могут создать новейший продукт бизнеса и которые обладают креативным мышлением и корпоративным образованием. Исследование проведено с помощью диалектического, институционального, системного, структурно-функционального методов анализа.

The paper aims to study the competitiveness of the market of educational resources as well as the relationship between education and business. The state is paying a lot of attention to the educational process lately. Education in the global economy is not limited merely to its direct purpose, now it covers many processes and phenomena: socio-cultural reproduction, economic development, and demography. The author claims that the purpose of the education system in the modern world is defined by its main functions: transfer of knowledge, development of skills, and exchange of experience. Recently, socialization has become one of the priority functions of education. Education should focus on business leaders who can create new business products, encourage creative thinking, and promote corporate skills. The study is conducted with the help of dialectical, institutional, systemic, and structural and functional analysis methods.
