Abstract

The paper is devoted to the problems of means of effective training of basketball studying students. These means allow to solve both general tasks of physical training and specific to basketball ones. Feature of adaptation in basketball is necessity of the adaptation of players to extreme conditions and multigradualness. It becomes complicated conditions of an environment. At trainers of game teams frequency of intimate reductions during games in responsible competitions exceeds sometimes 200 beat in one minute.
