
Given article is devoted to a problem of a urgency of development of consciousness of the person of the teacher by means of the organization of teaching and educational activity on mastering by teacher of the basic procedures of the pedagogical thought (mentality). The author of article offers innovative model of formation of professional mental activity of teachers in conditions of the additional vocational training, promoting to development of consciousness of the person of teachers.
