Системообразующая роль педагогических знаний в профессиональной подготовке преподавателя высшей школы

Abstract

The article deals with the role of pedagogical knowledge in professional training of a higher school teacher and its system-forming character. The author focuses on the problem of higher school staff training in the system of higher professional education. Determining characteristics of research-pedagogical activity of a higher school teacher are revealed and the criteria of professional competence of a higher school teacher are determined.

В статье раскрывается роль педагогических знаний в профессиональной подготовке преподавателя высшей школы и обосновывается ее системообразующий характер. Автором актуализируется проблема воспроизводства кадров профессорско-преподавательского состава в системе высшего профессионального образования. Выявлена специфика научно-педагогической деятельности преподавателя высшей школы и определены показатели его профессиональной компетентности.
