Риски в сельскохозяйственном производстве и пути нейтрализации их негативного воздействия

Abstract

This article is devoted to some risks connected with the agricultural production. The necessity to more active interference of our state to counteract the retirement from the circulation of agricultural lands which is specified by some factors, the most important of which is the degradation of soil is emphasized. The attention is paid to the specific risks for agriculture. There are environmental and climatic risks of animals and plants diseases. Problems in agricultural insurance are considered and its role in risk reduction is shown.

Рассматривается ряд рисков, связанных с производством сельскохозяйственной продукции. Подчеркивается необходимость более деятельного вмешательства государства в целях противодействия выбытию из оборота сельскохозяйственных земель и описываются способы государственной поддержки сельскохозяйственного производства. Исследуются проблемы агрострахования и его роль в снижении рисков.
