Abstract

The advantages of construction of residential power effective building with low power consumption in comparison with construction of the building from a standard three-layer design in Omsk are revealed. Economic profitability of construction with application of power saving up technologies in the region with a cold climate is proved. The demanded resistance to a heat transfer of separate protecting designs of the considered building for environmental conditions of Omsk is calculated. The resulted resistance to a heat transfer of the external walls, the combined covering and basement floor are determined according to the requirements of Construction Rules 50.13330.2012 and 230.1325800.2015. The bearing heat-insulating element "Schock Isokorb®" is calculated as the mechanism of maintenance of effective thermoisolation of acting designs of a building. It is shown that long-term investment into construction of power effective buildings with low per consumption in the regions with cold climate are profitable.
