Abstract

Проведены исследования с участием ветеранов спорта в возрасте 35–55 лет, бывших в прошлом ведущими спортсменами страны. Это позволило выделить ряд заболеваний, которые беспокоят их на протяжении всей дальнейшей жизнедеятельности. Следует считать, что для достижения оздоровительного эффекта необходимо проводить занятия 2–3 раза в неделю. Двигательная активность людей зрелого возраста является непременным условием повышения уровня здоровья и работоспособности, улучшения показателей физической подготовленности и функционального состояния, эмоциональной устойчивости и успешной профессиональной деятельности.

The research conducted with the participation of veterans of the sport at the age of 35–55 years, former top athletes in the country. This allowed us to identify a number of diseases of concern to them throughout later life. We must assume that to achieve the health effect it is necessary to hold classes 2–3 times a week. Physical activity of adults is essential to improve health and health improvement of physical fitness and functional status, emotional stability, and successful professional activity.
