Abstract

Underestimation of tax risks Russian companies face or may face in the course of business and fulfillment of tax obligations may cause a range of negative consequences up to business interruption. Successful managing of tax risks at uncertain tax law and law enforcement practice enables the company not only to secure all guarantees but also increase business probability by improving the tax efficiency.
