Abstract

The relationship and interaction of professional and individual personality, «acme» of the psychologists at different stages of learning a profession. The purpose of scientific research: Identify and justify theoretically the stage of development and interaction of professional and individual personality, «acme» of the psychologists at different stages of skills development. Methods of studies: theoretical analysis. The main results of scientific research (scientific, practical): identified tentative stage of development of professional and individual personality, «acme» of the psychologists at different stages of skills development.

В статье рассматриваются взаимосвязь и взаимовлияние профессионального и индивидуально-личностного «акме» у психологов на разных этапах овладения профессией у психологов. Цель научного исследования: определить и теоретически обосновать стадии развития и взаимодействия профессиональных и личностных качеств психологов на разных этапах развития навыков. Основные результаты научных исследований определили предварительный этап развития профессиональных и личностных качеств психологов на разных этапах развития навыков. Методы исследования: теоретический анализ.
