Геоэкологическое районирование территории Качканарского горно-обогатительного комбината

Abstract

Для рационального освоения территории промышленного предприятия следует проводить оценку инженерно-геологических условий и на этой базе выполнять районирование. В качестве исходного материала для исследовательских работ по районированию территории Качканарского ГОКа были использованы результаты комплексных инженерных изысканий на объекте «Строительство нового отсека хвостохранилища ЕВРАЗ КГОК, первая очередь»: топографическая съёмка 1:1000 масштаба с определением местоположения имеющихся сооружений и коммуникаций; инженерно-геологическая информация, включающая в себя состав, строение и свойства грунтов и гидрогеологические условия. В статье представлены результаты по районированию территории промышленного предприятия Качканарского ГОКа, находящегося в сложных природно-техногенных условиях. В основу районирования положена балльная модель ранжирования инженерно-геологических условий и техногенных факторов. Выделено четыре таксона по сложности инженерно-геологических условий и подготовке территории. Составлена карта районирования.

In order to effectively use the area of an industrial complex it’s necessary to estimate geotechnical conditions and to carry out zoning according to the results of this estimation. The following materials were used for zoning research: results of complex engineering surveys on the object: “Construction of a new section of tailings dam “EVRAZ Kachkanar Mining and Processing Industrial Complex, first stage” (mapping survey of 1: 1000 scale with locating of existing facilities and communications; engineering and geological information, including the composition, structure and properties of soils and hydrogeological conditions). The article presents results of the zoning of Kachkanar Mining and Processing Industrial Complex that is located in difficult natural and man-made environment. Behind the zoning there is scoring ranking model of geotechnical conditions and anthropogenic factors. As a result 4 taxons were allocated depending on the difficulty of engineering geology conditions and land development. The zoning plan was made.
