Abstract

One of the major problems of strategic management system formation is design of the mechanism, tools and criteria for estimation of entrepreneurial structures performance efficiency in the conditions of uncertainty and aggression of environment. The analysis of scientific literature justifies the absence of a unified approach to understanding of the entrepreneurial structure as a mechanism formed under the influence of individuals actions. Entrepreneurial structure is a difficult, complex and inconsistent phenomenon of postindustrial economy. The fact that this subject has the multifaceted nature necessitates choosing of a management method. In this regard, the author proposes process management as its management method. Studying the influence of the environment on entrepreneurial structures performance efficiency is prioritized in strategic management research. It is offered to use attributive indicators obtained during the expert estimates in order to assess the influence on the level of entrepreneurial activity.
