Технология подготовки педагогов-организаторов школьного образовательного туризма

Abstract

Под образовательным видом туризма понимают познавательные туры, совершаемые с целью выполнения задач, определенных учебными программами и ориентированные на становление и развитие компетенций какого-либо образовательного уровня подготовки. Образовательный туризм представляет собой форму организации учебного процесса и учебной деятельности, осуществляемую за пределами основного образовательного учреждения (школьного, внешкольного, среднего специального, а также вузовского, послевузовского и вневузовского образования). Успешность результатов подготовки педагогов-организаторов образовательного туризма зависит от действия общепедагогических и специфических для туристского образования факторов и условий. Компетентностный подход положен в основу построения туристско-образовательной технологии. Организатор туристско-образовательной деятельности должен обладать профильно-специализированной туристско-образовательной компетентностью.

Under educational kind of tourism perceive the informative rounds made for the purpose of performance of problems, defined by curriculums both oriented on formation and development of competences of any educational level of preparation. Educational tourism represents the form of the organisation of educational process and the educational activity, carried out outside of the basic educational institution (school, out-of-school, centre special, and also high school and extrahigh school formation). Success of results of preparation of teachers organizers of educational tourism depends on the direction of pedagogical and specific factors to tourist formation and conditions. The compertative approach is taken as a principle constructions of tourist-educational technology. The organizer of tourist-educational activity should possess profile-specialised tourist-educational competence.
