Пути повышения профессиональной коммуникативно-речевой компетентности преподавателей медицинских вузов

Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме повышения эффективности преподавания в медицинских вузах. В качестве одного из способов решения данной проблемы предлагается повысить профессиональную коммуникативно-речевую компетентность педагогов-врачей как интегральный показатель профессионализма. В статье рассматриваются основные компоненты и пути развития этой компетенции в рамках системы повышения квалификации педагогов-врачей.

The article is devoted to the acute issue of increasing teaching efficiency in medical institutions of higher education. One of the suggested methods to solve the problem is to develop medical teachers' professional communicative competence as an integral index of their professionalism. The basic components and ways to develop the competence are examined in the article as a part of medical teacher advanced training.
