Abstract

According to the available estimations, there are about 20 thousands of asteroids that rotate around the Sun into the dangerous proximity of the Earth. Both the multi-kilometer celestial bodies, collisions with which may lead to the destruction of practically entire living on the Earth, and small bodies small bodies (tens and hundreds of meters) that collides with our planet approximately every 50–100 years, are dangerous. A drop in such objects may lead not only to the large human victims and the material damage, but also become the reason for the planetary ecological catastrophe. Asteroid and comet threat is the most serious factor of risk for our civilization and the development of measures for its averting is one of the most important tasks of humanity. That is why author proposed 4-dimensional polarization-quantum-kinetic cumulative-dissipative mechanism of the Earth self-defense from the meteoroids threat. The author draws attention to the fact that there are many mentions in ancient Greek and ancient Indian mythologies of how Zeus and Indra, who are the supreme gods at Greek and Indian pantheons, used mighty weapon to protect the Earth. This weapon was the Zeus' lightning and Indra's Vajra. According to author, According to the author, the mechanism proposed by them is identical to the physical reality that the myths describe, and ‘Vysikaylo’s railotron’ is the base of this mechanism.
