Abstract

The article is carried out in the frames of the Land Science Department of RAS project #14.7 «Modern dynamics of agro-landscapes sa affected by natural and anthropogenic changes in the steppe zone of Zavolzhsk Uralsk region». The major problems of to-day's steppe lands use are considered. The perspectives of legislative provision of the above problems settlement are disscused.

Работа выполнена в рамках реализации проекта ОНЗ РАН №14.7 «Современная динамика аграрных ландшафтов под влиянием природных и антропогенных изменений в степной зоне Заволжско-Уральского региона». В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы современного степного природопользования и обсуждаются перспективы законодательного обеспечения их решения.
