In article represents the experience of realizing the monitoring of educational services in innovative mechanism of the development of GBOU of Technological college No. 34 in Moscow. The monitoring of the quality of educational services is understood as an integral component of managing an educational institution, influencing the adoption of administrative decisions and providing educational process by information necessary for the leaders. The article reveals the concept of the innovative mechanism of developing college as a system of interconnected conditions of institution activity in the following main trends: pedagogical, economic and social development.

В статье представлен опыт реализации мониторинга образовательных услуг в инновационном механизме развития Технологического колледжа № 34 г. Москвы. Мониторинг качества образовательных услуг понимается как неотъемлемая составная часть управления образовательным учреждением, влияющая на принятие управленческих решений и обеспечивающая образовательный процесс информацией, необходимой для руководителей. Раскрыто понятие инновационного механизма развития колледжа как системы взаимосвязанных условий деятельности учреждения по следующим основным направлениям: педагогическому, экономическому и социальному.
