Abstract

The article considers the issues related to the development of personnel in the sphere of hospitality, the development of a targeted approach to this process, describes the role and impact of professional development of the staff at improving the socio-economic efficiency of the domestic hotel industry. Reveals the essence of goal-oriented approach to the development of the staff in the hotel, presents the author´s model of targeted personnel development in the field of hospitality. Special attention is given to the hierarchy and structure of the tasks of the designated personnel development, research of factors and elements that underpin the process the formation of trust approach to the training of staff, described the system of the modern methods of personnel training, in particular modular training, distance learning, mentoring, learning by doing, learning by working groups, metaphorical game, training by the method of «Shadowing», training on the method of «Secondment», training on the method of «Buddying».

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с развитием персонала в сфере гостеприимства, разработкой целевого подхода к этому процессу, описываются роль и влияние профессионального развития персонала на повышение социально-экономической эффективности отечественной гостиничной индустрии. Раскрывается сущность целевого подхода к развитию персонала в гостинице, представлена авторская модель целевого развития персонала в сфере гостеприимства. Особое внимание уделяется иерархии и структуре задач целевого развития персонала, исследованию факторов и элементов, лежащих в основе процесса формирования целевого подхода к обучению персонала, описывается система современных методов обучения персонала, в частности модульное обучение, дистанционное обучение, наставничество, обучение действием, обучение в рабочих группах, метафорическая игра, обучение по методу Shadowing, обучение по методу Secondment, обучение по методу Buddying.
