РОЛЬ СИСТЕМЫ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТА КАЧЕСТВА В ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОМ ПРОЦЕССЕ ВУЗА

Abstract

The aim of the research. To analyse the quality management system results in the educational process of the Krasnoyarsk State Medical University. Materials and methods. It was used the GOST R ISO 9001-2015. Were applied the following research methods: expert assessments, analysis and synthesis, generalization and comparison, the calculation method, self-assessment in accordance with GOSTR ISO 9001-2015. Results. It was defined the role of quality management system in the educational process of the university, its main advantages. Conclusion. Analysis of the quality management system for the various components revealed that the quality management system developed at the University. In general, the impact and complies with GOSTR ISO 9001-2015. Work undertaken has practical application for improving the activities of the University.

Цель исследования. Проведение анализа результатов внедрения системы менеджмента качества в образовательный процесс Красноярского государственного медицинского университета. Материалы и методы. В работе использован ГОСТ Р ИСО 9001-2015. Применены следующие методы исследования: метод экспертных оценок, анализ и синтез, обобщение и сравнение, расчетный метод, самооценка по ГОСТР ИСО 9001-2015. Результаты. Определена роль системы менеджмента качества в образовательном процессе вуза, ее основные преимущества. Заключение. Анализ системы менеджмента качества по различным составляющим позволил выявить, что система менеджмента качества университета развивается. В целом результативна и соответствует ГОСТ Р ИСО 9001-2015. Проделанная работа имеет практическое применение для совершенствования деятельности университета.
