Abstract

The article analyzes far-going changes in the organization of professional education under the conditions of modern information explosion and the conversion to information civilization and knowledge-related economy. Particular attention is given to continuity, flexibility, availability of professional education, net creation of educational institutions, all-round development of online and distance education.

В статье анализируются глубокие изменения в организации профессионального образования в условиях современного информационного взрыва, перехода к информационной цивилизации, знаниевой экономике. Особо выделены непрерывность, гибкость, доступность профессионального образования, сетизация учреждений образования, всестороннее развитие электронного и дистанционного образования.
