Педагогические условия развития коммуникативной мобильности будущих педагогов-психологов

Abstract

Основное внимание уделяется обоснованию педагогических условий, обеспечивающих успешное протекание процесса развития коммуникативной мобильности будущих педагогов-психологов. Раскрываются педагогические возможности диалогической подачи учебного материала, показывается влияние диалога на гибкость и подвижность умственной деятельности студентов. Приведены доказательства того, что освоение элементов актерского мастерства способствует обретению будущими педагогами-психологами новых ощущений и импульсов на различных уровнях коммуникации. Определены иллюстративный, инструментальный, аналитический и познавательный контексты актерского мастерства, свидетельствующие о возможности его использования в качестве средства развития коммуникативной мобильности. Выясняется потенциал педагогической практики для обеспечения неразрывной связи приобретаемых знаний и практических умений будущих педагогов-психологов в области коммуникативной деятельности. Делается акцент на неразрывном характере педагогической практики, что позволяет будущим педагогам-психологам проверить свои коммуникативные качества в различных аспектах и условиях педагогической деятельности в школе.

The main attention is paid to justification of the pedagogical conditions providing successful course of development of communicative mobility of future educational psychologists. Disclosed educational capabilities of dialogical delivery of educational material, the influence of dialogue on the flexibility and mobility of the mental activity of students. Strong evidence that the development of elements of acting builds the future educational psychologists new sensations and impulses at different levels of communication. The illustrative, instrumental, analytical and informative contexts of acting testifying to possibility of its use as a development tool of communicative mobility are defined. It turns out the potential of pedagogical practices to ensure seamless connection of acquired knowledge and practical skills of the future of educational psychologists in the field of communication activities. The emphasis is placed on indissoluble nature of student teaching that allows future educational psychologists to check the communicative qualities in various aspects and conditions of pedagogical activity at school.
