Abstract

The resume. The purposes and the problems demanding for the decision to include in educational process mediko-social support the student are described. From a constructive approach position to preservation and increase in psychological and labor potential of studying youth the attention was given to the analysis of starting vital conditions of the student at the training beginning in High school, especially to orphans. Monitoring and individual correction of adaptation to educational activity of students is offered разноуровневый. The attention is paid to preventive maintenance to socially significant diseases and propensities to девиантным to forms of behavior of students, and also other displays дезадаптации to educational process. Work was spent on chair of preventive medicine in educational – scientifically – research laboratory of psychopreventive maintenance, psychocorrection and psychodiagnostics of the Orenburg state university. The automated system of monitoring of health is developed. The given program is created for processing, the analysis, storage and data presentation about somatic and psychological health of students, corrections of their adaptable abilities and functional reserves, as systems popular донозологического control of socially significant diseases (a HIV, narcotisms, a tobacco smoking, alcoholism).

Резюме. Описаны цели и задачи, требующие для решения включить в образовательный процесс медико-социальное сопровождение студента. С позиции конструктивного подхода к сохранению и увеличению психологического и трудового потенциала учащейся молодежи внимание уделялось анализу стартовых жизненных условий студента при начале обучения в Вузе, особенно сиротам. Предложен разноуровневый мониторинг и индивидуальная коррекция адаптации к учебной деятельности студентов. Уделено внимание профилактике социально значимых заболеваний и склонностям к девиантным формам поведения студентов, а также других проявлений дезадаптации к учебному процессу. Работа проводилась на кафедре профилактической медицины в учебной научноисследовательской лаборатории психопрофилактики, психокоррекции и психодиагностики Оренбургского государственного университета. Разработана автоматизированная система мониторинга здоровья (АСМОЗ). Данная программа создана для обработки, анализа, хранения и представления данных о соматическом и психологическом здоровье студентов, коррекции их адаптационных способностей и функциональных резервов, как системы общедоступного донозологического контроля социально значимых заболеваний (ВИЧ, наркомании, табакокурения, алкоголизма).
