The article deals with the problem of vocational training of the heads of pedagogical collectives also the theme of leadership is mentioned. The author proves the necessity of creativity development as an important factor of the increase of pedagogical collective employees" overall performance. The results of interviews have been used as a material for research. The research results can be used to improve the program of vocational training of the heads of schools and higher educational institutions.

Рассматривается проблема профессиональной подготовки руководителей педагогических коллективов, затронута тема лидерства. Обосновывается необходимость развития творчества как важного фактора повышения эффективности работы сотрудников педагогического коллектива. Результаты исследования, основанного на анализе проведенных бесед-интервью, могут быть использованы для совершенствования программы профессиональной подготовки руководителей школ и высших учебных заведений.
