Abstract

Mechanism of system-value formation of the higher education institution"s research projects portfolio on the base of the triple helix institutions"s values is presented, which provides possibility to highlight weak points in the higher education institution"s development strategy according to existing values requirements of the state and business.

Представлен механизм формирования портфеля научных проектов ВУЗа на основе ценностей институций тройной спирали, который обеспечивает возможность выявления слабых мест в стратегии развития ВУЗа в соответствии с существующими ценностными требованиями государства и бизнеса.
