Abstract

Nowadays it is obvious that the efficiency of the teacher depends on his possession of modernization ideas of modern education. Update forces you to rethink the goals and learning outcomes, technologies and methods, standards and curricula. A new approach to education in high school is a competence-solving approach. The main feature of this approach is the focus on learning outcomes that meet modern educational standards. One of the competences allocated when a competence-active approach is socio-cultural competence. The task of the teacher is the formation of this competence, creating motivation for learning the profession, on the basis of individual characteristics. Тhe problem of humanistic formations, a recognition of self-value of the person is considered. Vocational training of the future teachers on the basis of the socially-humanistic position of the person shown in its active attitude to the world and as the creator, as to the subject is offered.

В наше время очевидным является тот факт, что эффективность работы педагога зависит от его владения идеями модернизации современного образования. Обновление заставляет переосмыслять цели и результаты обучения, технологии и методы, стандарты и учебные планы. Новый подход к образованию в высшей школе – это компетентностно-деятельностный подход. Главная особенность этого подхода – ориентация на результат обучения, который соответствует современным образовательным стандартам. Одной из компетенций, выделяемых при компетентностно-деятельностном подходе, является социокультурная компетенция. Задачей преподавателя является формирование данной компетенции, создание мотивации к овладению профессией, исходя из индивидуальных особенностей. Предлагается профессиональная подготовка будущих учителей на основе социально-гуманистической позиции человека, проявляющейся в его активном отношении к миру и самому себе как творцу, как к субъекту.
