Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема управленческих компетенций. Утверждается, что особенность современного управления, отражаемая в представлениях об управленческих компетенциях, выступает как основа пересмотра технологий и направленности образовательного процесса в рамках высшего профессионального образования.

Article considers the problem managerial competencies. The text states that a feature of modern management, reflected in the views of managerial competencies, serves as the basis for the revision of technology and the focus of the educational process in higher education.
