
A concept of "informational-economic education" has been introduced and discussed. Informational-economic segment of educational activities of institutes and universities in the Russian Federation have been considered. The necessity to develop modernized methods of cost-efficiency evaluation has been proved. The influence of financial-economic crisis on current labour-market situation and higher education sphere has been studied. Indices of the cost-efficiency of innovation strategies have been grouped by several classification features. Further advance of informational-economic education within current crisis conditions has been discussed.
В статье рассмотрена образовательная деятельность российских высших учебных заведений в части подготовки кадров информационно-экономического профиля; введено понятие «информационно-экономическое образование»; обоснована необходимость разработки модернизированных методик расчета эффективности; проанализировано влияние финансово-экономического кризиса на ситуацию на рынке труда и в сфере высшего образования; проведена группировка показателей эффективности инновационных стратегий по ряду классификационных признаков; сформулированы особенности развития информационно-экономического образования в кризисных условиях.
