Повышение качества подготовки социальных педагогов в контексте ФГОС ВПО третьего поколения: проблемы и решения

Abstract

The Round Table discussed the factors to improve the quality of training of social and pedagogical workers in the educational process of the university on the basis of new federal state educational standards for higher education. The activity of social and pedagogical workers and the influence on the content of the curriculum was analyzed. It emphasized the importance of training and work experience, interdisciplinary connections, pedagogical interaction, research activity of students and professional creative background in forming the foundations of general and professional competencies of future social and pedagogical workers.

Рассматриваются факторы повышения качества подготовки социальных педагогов в образовательном процессе вуза на основе новых федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов высшего профессионального образования. Анализируется инфраструктура деятельности социального педагога и ее влияние на содержание учебного плана. Подчеркивается значение учебной и производственной практики, межпредметных связей, педагогического взаимодействия, исследовательской деятельности студентов и профессионально-творческих основ в формировании общих и профессиональных компетенций будущих социальных педагогов.
