САМООБУЧАЮЩАЯСЯ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ КАК КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНАЯ МОДЕЛЬ ПРОЕКТИРОВАНИЯ ИННОВАЦИОННОЙ МОДЕЛИ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ

Abstract

In the article possibilities to apply the idea of the learning organization for projecting the innovational model of the comprehensive school are revealed. The management concept of projecting the innovational educational model "School is a earning organization" is based on distinguishing the development situation, as an object of the joint work of teachers and students, which is specified in the organizational and content modules of the innovational model "School is an educational community", "School is a positional community", "School is an educational and professional community", "School is a professional community". In the framework of these modules the educational activity is conducted as anthropo-practice the practice of growing human’s potential that is the mission of School of learning organization.

Статья раскрывает возможности применения идеи самообучающейся организации к проектированию инновационной модели общеобразовательной школы. Управленческая концепция проектирования инновационной образовательной модели «Школа самообучающаяся организация» строится на основе выделения в качестве объекта совместной деятельности педагогов и обучающихся ситуации развития, специфика которой конкретизируется в организационно-содержательных модулях инновационной модели: «Школа учебное сообщество», «Школа позиционное сообщество», «Школа учебно-профессиональное сообщество», «Школа профессиональное сообщество». Образовательная деятельность в рамках данных модулей строится как антропопрактика практика выращивания человеческого потенциала, что, собственно, и составляет миссию Школы самообучающейся организации.
