Abstract

In clause the analysis of a level of impellent activity, a self-estimation and dynamics of a state of health is lead, priority kinds of sports and motivation of students to visiting employment on physical training are certain. Priority aspects of sports for young men and girls are defined. It has allowed to organize effectively sports mass work with students. The motivation of students to visitation of occupations on physical training is not equal. Students of the first courses insufficiently oriented on strengthening of health and on a high level of physical preparation. The knowledge of motives to occupations will allow to build process of learning with the count of individual necessities of students.

В статье проведен анализ уровня двигательной активности, самооценки и динамики состояния здоровья, определены приоритетные виды спорта и мотивация студентов к посещению занятий по физическому воспитанию. Определены приоритетные виды спорта для юношей и девушек. Это позволило эффективно организовать спортивно-массовую работу со студентами. Мотивация студентов к посещению занятий по физическому воспитанию не одинакова. Студенты первых курсов недостаточно ориентированы на укрепление здоровья и на высокий уровень физической подготовки. Знание мотивов к занятиям позволит строить процесс обучения с учетом индивидуальных потребностей студентов.
