Abstract

In the course of stomatologic treatment the special role is played by establishment of interpersonal contacts between the doctor and the patient. The doctor the result of treatment helps to optimize knowledge of features of psychological types of patients, to predict adaptation of patients to orthopedic designs and to define maintaining tactics. At inspection of patients at the age from 26 till 53 years with the diagnosis partial loss of teeth before orthopedic treatment we defined most often meeting psychological types depending on age and a sex of the patient and design type. So, demonstrative and gipertimichesky types of the personality are characteristic for the patients who have passed treatment by means of fixed designs, and excitable and disturbing and timid types – for the patients who have received orthopedic treatment by demountable artificial limbs. Pedantic and excitable psychotypes are characteristic for patients of the senior age subgroup, and gipertimichesky and demonstrative for young patients.
