Abstract

Проведен анализ многолетних исследований, выполненных на биостанции им. А. И. Герцена (пос. Вырица Гатчинского района Ленинградской области), по выявлению эффективных штаммов ассоциативных ризобактерий для хозяйственно ценных растений: горчицы белой и горчицы сарептской. Наблюдалось наибольшее увеличение ростовых процессов на 12-15% в вариантах с применением флавои артробактерий. При инокуляции семян ассоциативными штаммами бактерий улучшается качество зеленой массы. Концентрация общего азота у инокулированных растений, по сравнению с контролем, возрастает на 1,8-23,5%, фосфора на 7,1-40,0% и калия на 19,2-62,5%. Применение наиболее эффективных для каждой выращиваемой культуры ассоциативных штаммов ризобактерий в наибольшей степени стимулирует физиологические процессы, увеличивает биомассу надземных органов. Наилучшие результаты получены при использовании бактериальных препаратов: мизорина (Arthrobacter mysorens, штамм 7) и флавобактерина (Flavobacterium sp., штамм Л 30). Необходимо отметить, что на протяжении всех лет у обеих культур положительная тенденция влияния штаммов бактерий на формирование урожая зеленой массы сохранялась. Для оценки эффекта и эффективности от инокуляции семян горчицы белой и сарептской ассоциативными ризобактериями были рассчитаны основные экономические показатели, исходя из средней цены реализации сухой массы растений 1 220 руб. за одну тонну. Максимальный экономический эффект достигается при использовании мизорина на горчице сарептской 221,39% по сравнению с контролем.

Long-term investigations carried out at the Herzen biostation (Vyritsa settlement, Gatchinskii district, Leningradskaya oblast) on revealing effective strains of associative rhizobacteria for white and brown mustard were analyzed. The increase in growth processes with the use of bacterial preparations was noticed. Seeds inoculated with associative strains of bacteria were indicated by accumulation of main mineral elements in aboveground organs of plants, that improves the quality of green mass. The concentration of total nitrogen in inoculated plants compared to control increases by 1.8-23.5%, phosphorus by 7.1-40.0%, and potassium by 19.2-62.5%. It was established that the application of the most effective for each crop associative rhizobacteria strains highly stimulates physiological processes, increases the biomass of aboveground organs. The best results were obtained from using bacterial products: mizorin (Arthrobacter mysorens strain 7) and flavobakterin (Flavobacterium sp., strain L 30). It should be noted that throughout the years, positive tendency of influence of bacterial strains on formation of herbage yield continued in both crops. Main economic indicators were calculated based on average sale price of dry crop mass RUR1220 per ton to estimate the effect and efficiency of white and brown mustard seed inoculation with associative rhizobacteria. Maximum economic effect is achieved with the use of mizorin for brown mustard 221.39% compared with controls.
