Abstract

В статье обоснована необходимость профессиональной переподготовки педагогических работников инклюзивных дошкольных образовательных учреждений. Раскрываются проблемы дошкольных образовательных учреждений, в которых обучаются и воспитываются дети с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. Показано, что ее решение напрямую связано с педагогической компетентностью работников образовательных учреждений, их профессиональным уровнем, творческим потенциалом, степенью готовности педагога к профессиональной деятельности в образовательном пространстве общей и коррекционной педагогики. Возможность корректировки профессиональной деятельности педагогических работников инклюзивных дошкольных учреждений реализуется в разработке кластера образовательных программ профессиональной переподготовки «Специальное дошкольное образование» по направлениям: руководитель дошкольного образовательного учреждения компенсированного вида; старший воспитатель; коррекционный педагог; руководитель физического воспитания; музыкальный руководитель. Ключевыми показателями, гарантирующими качество и эффективность переподготовки, являются модульное, компетентностное и практико-ориентированное обучение.

The article highlights the necessity of inclusive preschool institutions teachers’ professional retraining. Problems of preschool educational institutions for children with disabilities are revealed. It is shown that solution to these problems is directly related to the pedagogical competence of educational institutions staff, their level of professionalism, creativity, degree of readiness to professional activities in general and correctional education. Ability to adjust professional activities of inclusive preschool institutionsteachers is realized in developing cluster of educational retraining programs "Special pre-school education": Head of preschool compensatory educational institution; Senior educator; correctional teacher; Head of Physical Education; musical director. Key performance indicators, that ensure quality and efficiency of retraining, are modular, competency-based and practice-oriented education.
