Содержание социальной компетентности будущих педагогов сельских общеобразовательных учреждений

Abstract

The article analyses major models necessary for ungraded school teacher training in the context of the pedagogical school, the specific feature of which is that the models are focused on social competence development of a future teacher in such educational institutions. The article defines the notion of social competence, techniques for its development and efficiency monitoring.

В статье анализируются основные модели подготовки учителя для малокомплектных школ в условиях педагогического колледжа, спецификой которых является ориентация на формирование социальной компетентности будущего педагога данного типа образовательного учреждения. Характеризуется понятие социальной компетентности, технологии ее формирования, мониторинг эффективности.
