Abstract

Статья посвящена раскрытию проблемы актуализации профессионально значимой характеристики личности педагога-музыканта как субъекта культуры готовности к многоаспектному интерпретационному взаимодействию с явлениями музыкального искусства. Необходимость формирования данного качества обосновывается, с одной стороны, многоплановостью и жанровым разнообразием продуктов музыкального творчества, переосмыслением специфики взаимодействия участников музыкальной коммуникации, с другой современными научными данными в области музыкознания и педагогики музыкального образования. В качестве ориентира для построения музыкально-образовательного процесса указывается становление культуротворческой личности, ответственно накапливающей, сохраняющей, преобразовывающей и транслирующей новому поколению традиционные и вновь созидаемые концепты, отношения и ценности человеческой культуры. В соответствии с этим, художественно-интерпретационная компетентность рассматривается как целевой показатель социокультурной и практико-ориентированной профессиональной подготовки педагога-музыканта, эффективно разворачивающейся при условии применения художественно-интерпретационного подхода.

The article is devoted to the disclosure of a problem of updating professionally important characteristics of the individual teacher-musician as a subject of culture, his willingness to multidimensional interpretative phenomena of musical art. The need for the formation of the this quality is substantiated, on the one hand, by variety of genre of products of musical creativity, by rethinking of the specificity of interaction of participants of musical communication, on the other hand, by the modern scientific data in the field of musicology and musical education. As a alternative for development of musical educational process is marked appearance of cultural creative person responsible stockpile, retain, convert and stream to the new generation traditional and newly creative concepts, attitudes and values of human culture. In accordance with this, artistic and interpretive competence is regarded as a target index of sodo-cultural and professional training of the teacher of music, that effectively develops on condition that applies artistic and interpretive approach.
