Роль ученического самоуправления в обеспечении личностного развития учащегося

Abstract

В новом Федеральном государственном образовательном стандарте основного общего образования говорится о необходимости приобщения обучающихся к общественной деятельности и участия в ученическом самоуправлении. В статье раскрывается сущность понятия «школьное самоуправление», которое может быть реальной частью педагогического процесса. В этом смысле интересным является опыт деятельности ученического самоуправления в Муниципальном общеобразовательном учреждении средней общеобразовательной школе № 91 г. Челябинска. Авторы описали роль ученического самоуправления в обеспечении личностного развития учащихся их готовности и способности к саморазвитию и реализации творческого потенциала в духовной и предметно-продуктивной деятельности, высокой социальной мобильности на основе непрерывного образования и компетенции «уметь учиться», развитие готовности к самостоятельным поступкам и действиям, принятию ответственности за их результаты.

New Federal state educational standards of basic general education points on necessity to attach students to social activities and student’s self-management. The article discloses the essence of the term «student’s self-management», which can be a part of pedagogical process. Here the experience of student’s self-management of the Chelyabinsk school № 91 could be interesting. The authors describe the role of student’s self-management providing personal development of students their preparedness and ability to self-development and realization of creative potential in mental and subject-productive activities, high social mobility based on continuous education and the competence of «know how to learn», development of preparedness to independent actions, and taking responsibility for the results of these actions.
