
The problems of professional school leadership arise in European countries at present. Currently, there is a large amount of research materials which serve as models for education management. It is impossible to make an analysis of all existing developments in this area. Therefore, basing on the most important contemporary sources the most typical models of training in the field of school education are analyzed. The training models in Finland, the UK, Ireland, and a model of network cooperation may be singled out as the most successful ones. The study of various models of training of school leaders suggests that they have a lot in common, but are always associated with priorities in the country development and social context of the school.
В статье рассматриваются проблемы профессионализации школьного руководства, активно происходящие на современном этапе в Европейских странах. На основе самых значимых современных источников в статье выделены и проанализированы наиболее типичные модели подготовки специалистов в области школьного образования, которые представлены различными авторами. Проведенный анализ свидетельствует о том, что подобные системы подготовки имеют много общего, но всегда связаны с приоритетами развития страны и социальным контекстом работы школы.
